Modifications from v2 Beta 3a

* made terrain look better (different texture scaling, added noise to terrain height in many places) and extended it so it doesn't end at the edge of the play area
* improved overall lighting to better match the skybox
* optimized bot paths:
	-> bots should less likely drive vehicles into certain bomb craters
	-> bots should be able to use more areas of the map that humans would use as well
* optimized some mesh collision shapes:
	-> removed simple karma collision shape from the concrete bunkers (it had the correct shape, but was moved out of position and was identical to the mesh anyway)
	-> removed overly complex blocking volumes from broken wall segments (replaced with simpler blocking volume at bases and corresponding collision mesh at northern center node)
	-> repositioned the collision meshes for tower bunkers and spherical tanks (off-grid placement is okay in many cases - but not for this)
* removed/adjusted some trees/bushes around the Ion Tank nodes
* increases respawn times of Minotaur, Falcons, Ion Cannon and Minigun Turrets
* added ramps for easier access to the vehicle spawn on top of the core buildings
* un-waterproofed the Falcons (they now take damage in water, just like every other vehicle)
* upgraded Dragon to v3
* added smoke/fire to wrecks
* replaced water sheets with FluidSurfaceInfos
* removed the outer parts of the broken walls in front of the core bases
* changed the layout of the high primary node bases
* mine field warning signs can no longer be shot down (their interactions with vehicles was also a potential source of log spam)
